These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.mytevents.in (the "Website") and the corporate event management, exhibition, product launch, team retreat, corporate gifting and related services (the "Services") offered by Motherland Youth Team LLP, doing business as MYTEAM Events ("MYTEAM Events", "Company", "we", "us" or "our").
By accessing the Website, submitting an enquiry, or engaging us for Services, you ("you", "your", "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website or our Services.
MYTEAM Events is operated by Motherland Youth Team LLP, having its registered office at Havanoor Layout, Bangalore – 560073, Karnataka, India. We can be reached at [email protected] or +91 90366 90304.
We provide end-to-end corporate event management services, including but not limited to conceptual design, event production, exhibitions, product launches, team retreats and corporate gifting, delivered pan-India. The exact scope, deliverables, timelines and pricing for any engagement will be set out separately in a written proposal, quotation, or service agreement ("Event Agreement") agreed between MYTEAM Events and the Client, which shall supplement and, in case of conflict, prevail over these general Terms for that specific engagement.
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the Website by any third party. You agree not to:
All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, images, portfolio material and design — is the property of Motherland Youth Team LLP or its licensors and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws. You may view and share content from the Website for personal, non-commercial reference, but may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use it for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
Submitting the contact form or otherwise enquiring about our Services does not create a binding obligation on either party. No two events are quoted the same way — every proposal is tailored to the Client's specific requirements. A binding engagement is formed only upon mutual written acceptance of a quotation, proposal, or Event Agreement, which will set out the scope of work, fees, payment schedule and other applicable terms.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Services are provided on the basis of an advance booking payment followed by staged or final payments as set out in the applicable Event Agreement or invoice. Late payments may result in a pause or delay of planning and execution work. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST) unless stated otherwise, and taxes will be charged in accordance with Indian law.
Cancellation, postponement and refund terms will be specified in the applicable Event Agreement, as they vary significantly depending on the nature of the event, vendor commitments, and lead time. In general, amounts already paid to third-party vendors, venues or suppliers on the Client's behalf, and reasonable work already performed by MYTEAM Events, are non-refundable. Where no specific terms have been agreed, we will assess cancellation requests in good faith and account for costs already committed or incurred.
The Client agrees to provide accurate and timely information necessary for planning and executing the event, to obtain any permits, licences, or permissions required for the event that fall within the Client's responsibility (unless expressly undertaken by us in the Event Agreement), and to make payments in accordance with the agreed schedule.
We work with a network of venues, vendors and suppliers to deliver our Services. While we take reasonable care in selecting and coordinating with third parties, we are not liable for acts, omissions, delays, or defaults of independent third-party vendors, venues or suppliers that are beyond our reasonable control, except to the extent caused by our negligence in selecting or supervising them.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, MYTEAM Events' aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific event giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business opportunity, or goodwill, except in cases of gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or as otherwise required by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Motherland Youth Team LLP, its partners, employees and representatives from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Website, or violation of applicable law, except to the extent such claims arise from our own negligence or wilful misconduct.
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, power or internet outages, or other events of force majeure. The affected party will notify the other as soon as reasonably possible and both parties will work in good faith to agree on rescheduling or an appropriate resolution.
The Website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the extent permitted by applicable law. While we strive to keep information on the Website accurate and current, we do not warrant that the Website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or harmful components.
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services or applicable law. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Website or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Terms governing an existing Event Agreement will not be changed retroactively without mutual written consent.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including the Services) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Subject to any dispute resolution or arbitration clause specified in an applicable Event Agreement, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under these Terms.
